In the event of early arrival or late departure your stay at the hotel can be arranged if there are vacant rooms but will include an additional fee.
The payment for the reservation is made by cashless settlement.
The amount of advance payment during standard and high demand periods makes 30 % of the total cost of the accommodation services. The amount of advance payment during New Year period makes 100 % of the total cost of the accommodation services.
After making a reservation the customer will receive an e-mail or a fax bill he or she must pay by cashless settlement.
The reservation will be confirmed after the amount of advance payment has been paid to our account.
After processing your reservation our manager will contact you for the confirmation of the booking.

Canceling the reservation
If the reservation during standard or high demand periods is canceled 30 days before the arrival day the total amount of advance payment is returned to the client. If the reservation is canceled later than 30 days before the start of the arrival day or the client who made a reservation isn’t going to come the total cost of advance payment is charged.
If the reservation during New Year period is canceled 60 days before the arrival day the total amount of the accommodation services is returned to the client. If the reservation is canceled no later than 40 days before the start of the arrival day only 50 % of the total cost of the accommodation services is returned to the client. If the reservation is canceled later than 40 days before the start of the arrival day the total cost of payment is charged.

You can cancel your booking free of charge and the price of your reservation will be refunded to your credit card or by cashless settlement if the cancellation terms mentioned in this section and in the section "Payment for your reservation" are observed.
In the event that you cancel your booking or in case of early departure you won’t get a refund.
The hotel authorities reserve the right to change the rates for giving services.
