Room rate for 2026

The room rate includes:

• accommodation;
• breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant;
• swimming pool – 08.00 am till 18:00 pm;
• cleaning every day;
• 1 bed linen every 4 days;
• Wi-Fi access to the Internet;
• playroom;
• “Polyana Kvasova” mineral water from the pump-room;
• BBQ facilities;
• parking lot;
• taxes (including a 1% tourist tax).

Additional Information:

• Children under 5 may stay free of charge in the same room as their parents if they don’t require an extra bed.
• The charge for an extra bed is 900 UAH per day, including accommodation, breakfast, a swimming pool, Wi-Fi, a playroom, a pump room and a parking lot
• Cost for lunch and dinner is 700 UAH.
• The charges for single occupancy up to 3 days are equal to the charges for double occupancy.
• If you make on-line reservations for a stay of less than 3 days you are not eligible to receive a 3% discount.
• Each room has toiletries, which are included in the room rate.
• A tourist tax in the amount of 1% of the minimum wage is additionally paid (Article 268 of the Tax Code of Ukraine).

Room rate for 2026

• swimming pool (8.00 - 18.00);
• cleaning every day (except kitchen cleaning);
• 1 bed linen every 4 days;
• children's playroom;
• use well-room mineral water «Glade Kvasova»;
• the use of grills;
• parking in the hotel;

Additional Information:

• Children under 5 years old stay free when sharing room with parents without extra bed.
• Extra bed - 600 UAH day.
• Cost of meals: - Breakfast - 350 UAH. per person, dinner - 350 UAH.
• With On-line reservations less than 3 days 3% discount is not given.
• A tourist tax in the amount of 1% of the minimum wage is additionally paid (Article 268 of the Tax Code of Ukraine).
